Things people ask before signing up.

Is this an official partner of Anthropic / OpenAI / Cursor?
No. Fuelio is an independent purchasing layer. We buy plans on your behalf, hand you an activation code or managed login, and bill you in your local currency. The underlying service relationship stays between you and the provider.
What happens if a provider changes pricing mid-cycle?
You're locked in at the price you paid until the renewal date. If you renew through Fuelio, we publish the new price 14 days ahead — your call to continue or cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Unused days convert back into credits, not cash. Credits never expire and apply to anything in the catalog.
Do you store my payment details?
No. We tokenize through Stripe (cards), use Alipay's native flow (no PII passes through us), or settle on-chain (USDT). We do keep order history for audits.
Is my data going through China?
No. The provisioning layer runs in Tokyo and Frankfurt. We only route payment flow through China-based rails for Alipay / WeChat — and only the payment, never your account data.
